Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

There are a small number of destinations our carriers don't currently reach. If yours is one of them, checkout will tell you before you pay.

How long it takes

Two things add up to your delivery date: the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order, and the time the carrier needs to bring it to you.

Processing: 1–3 working days.

Delivery, once dispatched:

Destination Estimated delivery
Spain [8–14] working days
Rest of the European Union [8–16] working days
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway [9–17] working days
United States & Canada [9–18] working days
Australia & New Zealand [10–20] working days
Rest of the world [12–25] working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and peak periods — Christmas, Black Friday, Lunar New Year — can extend them. Lunar New Year in particular slows everything for around two weeks each year; if your order falls in that window, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.

What it costs

Orders over €39 Free
Orders under €39 €[3.95]

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay. You'll never find a charge at the end that wasn't shown at the start.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link.

Tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating, and there are often long quiet stretches while a parcel is in transit or clearing customs. That silence is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 working days, write to us and we'll chase it.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Your order ships from outside the European Union. Depending on where you live, this can mean additional charges on arrival.

If you're in the European Union

Since 1 July 2026, every item imported into the EU is subject to a flat customs duty of €3 per item, regardless of its value. Import VAT also applies.

[ELIGE UNA DE ESTAS DOS Y BORRA LA OTRA:]

Option A — you absorb it (DDP): We pay these charges for you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: no customs bill, no handling fee, nothing to settle with the courier at your door.

Option B — the customer pays (DDU): These charges are not included in our prices. They are collected by the carrier or your customs authority on delivery, and are payable by you. We can't calculate them in advance or influence them.

If you're outside the European Union

Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may apply depending on your country's rules and thresholds. They are set and collected by your own authorities, are not included in our price, and are your responsibility.

We can't tell you in advance what they'll be — the rules differ by country and by product category. Your national customs website is the reliable source.

We declare every parcel accurately. We can't mark an order as a gift or declare a lower value; doing so is a customs offence and it also voids any carrier insurance on your parcel.

Orders with more than one item

Occasionally we'll send an order in separate parcels — different items are stocked in different places. You'll get a tracking link for each, and you're never charged twice for shipping.

If you're in the EU and paying duty yourself, note that the €3 flat duty applies per item, not per parcel.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't change or redirect it.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A second shipping charge may apply.

We can deliver to PO boxes in some countries but not all, and to workplace addresses. For apartment buildings, please include the floor and door — it's the single most common reason a delivery fails.

If your order is late

Before writing to us, check the estimate for your destination above and add the processing time. Most parcels that feel late are simply still inside the window.

If your order has passed the upper end of its estimate, email hola@toteling.com with your order number and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier. Carriers usually ask for a few days to respond.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

If your order arrives damaged

Email us within a reasonable time of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging.

We'll replace it or refund you at our cost. You won't be asked to pay return postage, and it doesn't count against your 14-day right to change your mind.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If you refuse a parcel, or don't collect it from a pickup point within the carrier's holding period, it comes back to us.

We'll refund the price of the goods, minus the outbound shipping and any costs the carrier charges us for the return. If you simply changed your mind, using your right of withdrawal is cheaper for you than refusing the parcel — see our Terms of Service.
